Tokyo Bay Hotel Maihama Club Resort is a Tokyo Disney Resort Official Hotel and it's affordably priced. A win-win situation. It provides scheduled bus rides to the parks and is about a 10 minutes walk to Bayside Station on the Tokyo Disney Resort Line. We payed about 25,000 yen for 2 adults and 2 children, per night for a Standard Twin. That's about 7,000 yen more expensive than a Deluxe Triple in Hotel Mystays Maihama.

The lobby is way bigger than that of Hotel Mystays Maihama. It reminded me of the lobby of Tokyo Disneyland Hotel with it's super high ceiling. It felt really good walking into the lobby as the ceiling is made out of glass and that allowed for the sun rays to brighten up the lobby naturally. The lobby gave me this feeling of space which is lacking in a lot of hotels in Tokyo.

The Standard Twin room is about the same size as that of the Deluxe Triple in Hotel Mystays Maihama, but there was more space. It didn't feel as crammed as Hotel Mystays Room. You won't have to worry about bumping into another person in the middle of the night as you head to the toilet. There was enough space in the room for the kids to run around. The bathroom, however, did feel a little crammed and both the toilet and bath area were not separated. If you wish to sit on the throne and take care of business while someone else is taking a shower, you might have to pace up and down the room, think happy thoughts and wait. Don't worry. There's enough space for you to do that.

The view from our room was really nice and it was a big plus point for me. I enjoyed looking out the window at Tokyo Disneyland. It gave me the excitement of knowing that I'll be in the park soon. It's a really nice view to be waking up to with a cup of coffee. It certainly warmed me up with a little Disney magic.

We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as our package did not include breakfast, but I did take a walk around the lobby early in the morning and was pretty impressed by the seating area for breakfast. From my early morning walk, I found two restaurants in the hotel. The Atrium which seemed to be a buffet style restaurant and another restaurant that served up Japanese food. There were also 3 stores in which you could buy snacks, toiletries, drinks and DISNEY GOODS! Word of caution though, the snacks, toiletries and drinks were significantly more expensive than Seijo Ishi in Ikspiari. Also, the selection of Disney goods was not as abundant as that of Bon Voyage's. I would recommend shopping for your snacks and all in Seijo Ishi before checking into the hotel. Do your Disney shopping in Bon Voyage or the parks!

All in all, my stay in Tokyo Bay Hotel Maihama Club Resort was delightful. If you are on a tight budget, I would recommend spending the night in Hotel Mystays Maihama. If you are big spender, Hotel Miracosta and Tokyo Disneyland Hotel might be better choices. However, if you don't wish to spend an exuberant amount of money on accommodation and are planning to spend quite a bit of time in your room, Tokyo Bay Hotel Maihama Club Resort might just be the hotel for you. You won't be getting any claustrophobic panic attacks here. Just try to avoid spending a lot of time in the bathroom and remember to do your shopping before checking-in.
