We've come to the end of Honorable Rat's Pasta Appreciation Week. To be honest, I'm happy. I'm tired of writing about pasta. After this review, I'll be staying away from pasta for a while. I've never had so much pasta in such a short time before. I almost feel like writing this blog post in Italian, but I shall refrain from doing that. Not because I don't know Italian, but because I wouldn't wanna showoff my multilingual skills to you. I would like to remain your humble leader. What?! You don't believe that I am a master of the Italian language?! Well, well, well, non-believer. Allow me to wipe that skepticism off your mind. As you can see from the picture above, this dish is definitely more pleasing to the eye than the Bavette with Green Beans, Potatoes and Basil Sauce. How does it taste then? Rigatoni with Shrimp-Red Bell Pepper Sauce contains rigatoni pasta, shrimp, cheese and red bell pepper sauce. Just like any other pasta dish served up at Eastside Cafe, the pasta was cooked to perfection. It had the perfect texture. The sauce was a little sweet and combined magically with the cheese to create this salty, sweet, full flavor that just blew my mind. Add the texture of the shrimps and their natural "seafoody" flavor and you've got yourself one heck of a dish. Every bite was brilliant and I could not get enough of it. I wanted to have another plate when I was done. In fact, I am craving for this right now as I'm typing out this review. Rigatoni with Shrimp-Red Bell Pepper Sauce is the perfect dish to cap off Honorable Rat's Pasta Appreciation Week. To swallow or not? Hell yes!
