One of the more popular snacks in Tokyo Disney. You've seen it all around the internet. It's on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest. Name a platform and it's most probably on it. Meet the Little Green Dumplings. They are definitely one of the more photogenic snacks in Tokyo Disney. No doubt about it. If this review was based on presentation alone, this would definitely be a 5/5. However, that's not how Honorable Rat rolls. Value is a key factor in all of Honorable Rat's reviews. Is the full package which includes taste, presentation, ability to make me dance factor of the product worth the money? Did I do the Macarena or the Nae Nae? Did I want to do the Tango with the dumplings after devouring them? Over here at Honorable Rat, we leave no stone unturned. Every little factor counts!
You will be able to find Little Green Dumplings at various places across, both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. In Tokyo DisneySea, I've seen them in Mamma Biscotti's Bakery and the food cart outside Toy Story Mania. In Tokyo Disneyland, I've seen them in food stands in the Hub and for this review, I got them at Pan Galactic Pizza Port. They are priced at 360 yen and you get 3 of these little critters. All 3 of them have different fillings. Strawberry, chocolate and vanilla. All three flavors made me dance a little. All 3 of them made me do a different style of dance. I did the Nae Nae with strawberry, the Macarena with vanilla and the Tango with chocolate. For those of you who don't understand what all this means, just know that chocolate was the best. That's all you need to know, for now.
Taste wise, Little Green Dumplings were okay. They weren't fantastic. What do you expect me to say? I mean, it's rice dumplings filled with CREAM. I could go to the convenience store, pay less and get tastier rice dumplings. Dumplings with beans and all that good stuff. The main issue I have with Little Green Dumplings is that they didn't make me dance like Freddie Mercury. Just the Macarena, Salsa and Nae Nae. That's nothing compared to Freddie Mercury's dance. With that being said, I still recommend for you to get Little Green Dumplings. Take a picture with them, do the duck lips, post the picture on social media and watch the likes and comments roll in. Watch your popularity soar, Ratketeers! This snack will make you the talk of the town!
